We are often not aware that many of our furry friends suffer from ear infections. Research and studies have revealed that complications involving the ear are a leading health issue amongst dogs, cats, rabbits and other furry pets. But this condition is preventable.
Our pets can't tell us their discomfort and their welfare is in our hands. Don't let your pet(s) suffer. Being responsible owners, there are telltale signs that we can look out for:
- Shaking of the head or scratching at the ears
- Discharge from the ears, especially if it is moist
- Abundance of wax in the ears
- Odor from the ears
- Red or painful ears
- Swollen ears
- Head tilt
- Problems with balance
Directions For Use
- Carefully apply 1 to 10 drops to ear canal (depending on size of the ear)
- Gently massage the base of the ear for a few minutes to promote penetration to the ear wax
- Allow pet to shake its head to remove as much excess solution as possible
- Clean excess fluid from ear with cotton buds
- In excessively dirty ears, apply 2 to 3 times a day for several days
- Repeat treatment every other day until condition has clean up or as directed by your veterinarian
- For maintenance of healthy ears, use once every two weeks to prevent the occurrence of ear mite infestation and the accumulation of ear wax
- Always apply after swimming
